GENERAL TERMS
    Validity and Pricing:
  1. The quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Revalidation is required after expiry.
  2. Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the Rate of Exchange (ROE) due to USD-based components.
  3. Rates are not applicable during surcharge periods unless specified in the inclusions.
  4. All quoted rates are net (excluding bank/remittance charges) and non-commissionable.

    Payments:
  1. Payments must be made directly to the company's bank account in the destination country.
  2. A 30% advance payment is required 45 days before the tour commencement or before the hotel's first cancellation deadline (whichever is earlier) to confirm bookings.
  3. The balance payment must be cleared as instructed, but no later than 15 days prior to the tour's start date.
  4. All bank fees will be charged to the travel agency (both originating and intermediary banks).

    Accommodation and Services:
  1. All accommodations are in standard/base category rooms unless otherwise specified.
  2. Rooms are subject to availability upon confirmation as no rooms have been blocked.
  3. Surcharges will apply for early arrivals or late departures
  4. Triple rooms are limited in hotels. Additional triple rooms are subject to availability, and twin/double rooms will be provided for extra passengers.
  5. Hotel availability has not been verified at the time of quoting unless specified.
  6. Hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in, refundable upon check-out after deducting any additional charges (e.g., minibar or room service).
  7. Air conditioning in rooms is not common in CIS countries; availability depends on local regulations.

    Travel and Itinerary Changes:
  1. Any amendments to travel dates or passenger numbers will require a re-quote.
  2. Additional services or changes not included in the itinerary may incur extra charges.
  3. The quote is based on the tentative itinerary; any customization may require a re-quote

    Inclusions/Exclusions:
  1. Prices do not include (unless specified in the quote):
    • Water bottles (if not mentioned)
    • Porterage services
    • City tax (if applicable)
    • National Park Fees (if applicable)
    • WVisa, airfare, insurance, or health pass
    • Tips for guides, drivers, or restaurant staff
    Group and Guide Policies:
  1. Transfer services are provided strictly as per schedule. Supplements will apply for additional services.
  2. The Tour Manager (TM) will receive free entry to attractions that offer complimentary entry. For paid attractions, the TM will wait outside while the group visits. This is standard practice.
  3. Standard group restaurants are considered in the quotation; alternative restaurant choices may incur supplements.
    Child Policy:
  1. Infants (1 - 1.99 years): Free of charge.
  2. Children (2 - 5.99 years): 50% of the adult rate (without bed).
  3. Children (6 - 11.99 years): 85% of the adult rate (with bed).
  4. Child discounts apply if sharing a room with 2 adults and are limited to 15% of the group. Additional children will be charged adult rates.
  5. The child policy is subject to change based on hotel regulations.
    Cancellation Policy:
  1. 100% retention for cancellations within 7 days.
  2. 50% retention for cancellations between 8-14 days.
  3. 25% retention for cancellations between 15-30 days.
  4. 0% retention for cancellations made 45 days or more in advance. (*Subject to hotel and third-party vendor policies; non-refundable payments may apply.)
    Additional Notes:
  1. Any increase in entrance fees, introduction of audio guides, or government regulation changes will be billed in the final invoice. (changed "whispers" to "audio guides" as it is more commonly understood.)
  2. X360 Tourism reserves the right to charge supplements for new taxes or regulations introduced by local governments.
  3. We strongly recommend reviewing quoted hotels, rooms, and attractions before making reservations.
